Dear Dr. Johnson & Everyone at AMG,

We want to thank you for everything you did for us and for our dear Franz Josef. He was so very special to us & it was hard to see his decline, especially recently. But we always knew he'd get the best care in your hands. You are an exceptional group of people, so skilled & personable & compassionate. Thank you for understanding that he was more than just a pet to us. He was our friend, our handsome Franzie, and we miss him deeply.

Remembering your kindness and thoughtfulness have truly helped us as we learn to live without him.
